Bollinger Canyon Little League Managers are the lifeblood of our organization. They are
THE primary contact point between our community and our league...quite literally the face of our league. The conduct of our managers is something we take very seriously, and we work hard to give them the tools to create memorable, instructional, and fun Little League experiences for our kids. If you are great with kids, have a few extra hours per week to give back to your community and know a bit about baseball, do we have an opportunity for you! So many of life's lessons can be learned on the baseball field. Jump in and help us give our kids that rich experience.

- At least two board members interview each candidate. Primary desirable attributes are coaching experience, ability to communicate well with children and families, and time commitment.
- All managers must complete and pass a background check.
- List of recommended managers, based on the number of teams required by registrations, is presented to the board for discussion and final approval.
Coach Selection:Little League rules allow for a maximum of 3 managing/coaching personnel in the dugout during games. Therefore, teams may have 1 Manager plus 2 Coaches of Record, all of whom must be approved by the SRLL Board of Directors. Teams may request to have additional Coach of Record to serve as alternate in the event that one of the primary coaching personnel is unavailable for a given game.
